Returns & Refund Policy
At Sarah & Claire London, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. While we hope you are fully satisfied with your order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.
This policy outlines our return and refund conditions in a clear and transparent way.
Return Conditions
- Returns can only be initiated once the item has been physically delivered
- A return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
- Once approved, you have an additional 15 days to return the item
- Returns must be sent to the original shipping location, which is our supplier in China
- Return shipping costs, including international shipping, customs duties and any additional fees, are the responsibility of the customer
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, although trying on is permitted
- Unwashed and undamaged
- Returned in original condition with all tags intact
The following is not permitted:
- Using the item beyond trying it on
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order
Final Sale Items
Products marked as Sale or Discounted are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
As an alternative, we are happy to offer a replacement item. The customer is responsible for the associated shipping costs.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Restocking Fee
A €20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned item.
This fee covers inspection, handling and reintegration into our inventory system.
Refund Guarantee for Unused Items
A full refund is guaranteed for all unused items that meet the conditions above, excluding:
- Restocking fees
- Return shipping costs
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Sarah & Claire London does not reimburse:
- International return shipping costs
- Customs duties
- Any related fees

Return Timeframe
- 15 days to request a return
- 15 additional days to send the item
This results in a total return period of 30 days from the delivery date.
Returns requested or sent outside this period will not be accepted.
Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item
This is at your discretion.
Return Procedure
- Submit your return request via email to info@sarahclairelondon.co.uk within 15 days of delivery
- You will receive the return address of our supplier in China
- Send the item at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 15 days after the returned item has been received and approved
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Applicable fees, such as the restocking fee, will be deducted from the refund
Liability
Sarah & Claire London is not responsible for:
- Lost packages where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Address changes must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
