Terms and Conditions


Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession who enters into a distance contract with the seller.

Continuous performance contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products or services supplied over time.

Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Seller: the natural or legal person offering products or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance contract: an agreement concluded between the seller and the consumer within an organised system for distance selling or service provision.

CESOP: the Central Electronic System of Payment information, used for monitoring payment service providers within the European Union.

Article 3 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by the seller and to any distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer.

Before completing a purchase, these Terms and Conditions will be made available electronically or on a durable medium.


Article 4 – Offers

All offers are non-binding. The seller reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.

All offers will clearly state the total cost, including shipping fees, customs duties and any applicable handling charges.


Article 5 – Contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the stated conditions.

The seller will confirm receipt of acceptance by email.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Returns must be sent to the original shipping location, which may be outside the European Union, such as a supplier in Asia.

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, a replacement item will be offered. The consumer is responsible only for the shipping costs associated with the replacement.


Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of withdrawal, provided the returned product is received in its original condition and packaging.


Article 8 – Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

8.1 All shipments are made under DDU terms, Delivered Duty Unpaid.

8.2 This means the customer is solely responsible for:

  • Payment of VAT, customs duties or other local taxes
  • Any customs clearance or brokerage fees
  • Compliance with local regulations and certifications

8.3 The seller is not the importer of record. Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer at the moment of shipment. The seller is not responsible for customs delays, holds or penalties.

8.4 Necessary shipping documents, such as a proforma invoice, will be provided. However, it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with import regulations.

8.5 The customer agrees to indemnify the seller against any issues or costs arising from non-compliance with import laws.

8.6 Customers are strongly advised to verify local regulations before placing an order.


Article 9 – CESOP Compliance

In accordance with European regulations, payment service providers are required to report transactions through the CESOP system.

The seller complies with these obligations.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The seller guarantees that the products comply with the contract and applicable standards.

Any defects must be reported in writing within 15 days of delivery.

Returns must be sent to the original shipping location and in original condition and packaging.


Article 11 – Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed within 15 days.

The customer is responsible for customs clearance.

No refunds will be issued for delays or failed deliveries caused by customs-related issues attributable to the customer.


Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receiving the product.

The seller will respond within 15 days.

If additional time is required, the customer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt along with an estimated timeframe for resolution.
